These terms apply to your use of cifu.ai (the "site"), operated by IC 360 Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

1. What the site is for. The site describes the CIFU AI Dashcam and the FleetCifu fleet platform, which are sold together as one package. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell. Any sale happens only under a written order and agreement signed by both sides.

2. Product information. We try to keep descriptions, features and images accurate, but they may change as the product develops. Images may be illustrative. Features shown can depend on vehicle, installation, mobile coverage and the package chosen. Prices are not shown on the site; any price is set in a written quote.

3. Enquiries. When you send an enquiry through the form, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that we may contact you about it. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Notice.

4. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, send spam through the form, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. Our content. The site's text, design, logos and the names CIFU and FleetCifu belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

6. Links to other sites. We are not responsible for websites we link to, including the form provider's.

7. No warranty for the site. The site is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or error-free.

8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Your rights under a signed customer agreement are governed by that agreement.

9. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

10. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, and the Cayman Islands courts have jurisdiction.
